Sessions do not have a specific duration: a break can be made at a certain moment to mark something important in the patient's speech, a form of intervention that is often more valuable than continuing to talk about other things.<\/span><\/p>

In my experience, each encounter can range from 20 to 50 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Each person has a unique journey and consequently a unique time. Psychotherapeutic processes are usually of shorter duration and are guided by the reduction of the patient's discomfort, from a few months to a few years.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

On the other hand, psychoanalysis implies in the analysand, in addition to reducing discomfort, a desire to be analysed, which may involve years of work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In both cases, when the analysand wishes and some of the discomfort has dissipated, the work can be completed.<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n
