See below for answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the therapy and the service.

Sessions do not have a specific duration: a break can be made at a certain moment to mark something important in the patient's speech, a form of intervention that is often more valuable than continuing to talk about other things.

In my experience, each encounter can range from 20 to 50 minutes.

Each person has a unique journey and consequently a unique time. Psychotherapeutic processes are usually of shorter duration and are guided by the reduction of the patient's discomfort, from a few months to a few years.

On the other hand, psychoanalysis implies in the analysand, in addition to reducing discomfort, a desire to be analysed, which may involve years of work.

In both cases, when the analysand wishes and some of the discomfort has dissipated, the work can be completed.

Depending on the type of psychotherapy chosen, the cost ranges from 60 euros, but this can be adjusted according to the situation and the individual needs of each person.

We can coordinate times that best suit the time difference we have.

None, other than the desire to talk about what is happening to you.

You can talk about whatever you want to talk about, whatever comes to your mind: sometimes what we say, even if it seems simple, can have a greater value and relevance than we think.

There is no toolbox that will help us all to untangle the knots we get into, but I do believe that psychoanalytic work allows each person, one by one, to find new ways of dealing with their discomfort, of positioning themselves and dealing differently with their own suffering.
